Below, please find information relative to Registration for Region Band 2027! Please be aware that registration AND payment are both due, postmarked, by October 30, 2026.

Registration Fees and Spreadsheet
Each student pays a $10 registration fee for the Region Band. This fee helps to reduce the final acceptance fee once the band is chosen. ONE CHECK from each school must be sent along with the paper Registration Form to the address below, postmarked by October 30, 2026:

*A W9 form for the South Georgia Region Honor Band has been added to this page on the right for any school system/booster program that needs this information.*
Additionally, all directors must fill out and submit the Registration Spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is available via this website in Excel format. When filling out the spreadsheet, follow these directions:

Download the Excel file to your computer by clicking the button next to this text

Change the name of the file to match your school (ex. Lowndes HS_2027 Region Band.xls)

Within the spreadsheet, change Band Director to your name. Please also include any assistant/associate Directors that also work at your school. Change the school name to your school's name. Change BD Email to your SCHOOL email address. Change BD Email #2 to your PERSONAL email address. Change BD Cell to your cell number. Please include all of the previous information for any assistant/associate Directors that also work at your school

Please fill in the information for your students within the spreadsheet: Name, Grade, Instrument. BE AWARE that students auditioning on more than one instrument must have their name entered TWICE on the spreadsheet. Additionally, the $10 registration fee is charged PER INSTRUMENT. For example, a student auditioning on two instruments will have to pay two registration fees, totaling $20.

Upload the spreadsheet to the Google Form link using the button on the right of this page. If you are submitting for HS and MS, please make sure you submit TWO SEPARATED SPREADSHEETS! Spreadsheet is due by 10/30!
Additionally, all students must complete their District Honor Band audition within their District, as their scores from the 1st Round will determine placement in the South Georgia Region Band.
