Acceptances
Once the band has been set, and results have been announced, Directors MUST complete the acceptance process for students who will accept the invitation to participate in the SGRHB.

Acceptances must be completed by the set deadline, and late submissions will not be accepted. The Acceptance Deadline for 2025 is March 7, 2025

Each student that is accepted must pay the $10 Acceptance fee. These fees must be submitted by school to the address below.
Submitting your Acceptances
The acceptance process is two-fold.

Firstly, the Region Band Acceptance Google Form must be completed FOR EACH STUDENT. You will submit as many forms as you have students accepting their invitation.

Secondly, please print off and fill out the Acceptance Payment form (see the button to the right) and send ONE CHECK per school must be sent for ALL acceptance fees and mailed (postmarked by DATE) to:

All fees must be POSTMARKED by March 11, 2025 and RECEIVED by March 21, 2025.
